The hotel is situated in a peaceful location near the mountains and surrounded by local gardens. the sea is just a short distance away, and there is a convenient shuttle bus and nearby bus stop for easy access. the rooms offer a breathtaking view of the sea, mountains, and the nearby fortress. the restaurant provides excellent service, with one particular staff member, Ali, being highly praised for his professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness. Guests especially enjoyed the variety of tasty dishes for lunch and dinner, which included fish, turkey, different kinds of cheese, vegetables, and plenty of desserts.
The beach service at the hotel needs improvement, as some guests felt that the staff at the beach bar were rude and tried to charge extra for basic amenities like glasses, which were given for free to other guests.

Nestled in a stunning coastal landscape, this hotel offered a luxurious experience with exceptional amenities tailored to our needs. the indoor pool was a highlight, complete with relaxing sauna and spa sessions. the restaurant served delicious dishes, with the buffet breakfast as a standout feature.
The only minor issue we encountered was the location, which required a transportation service to explore Alanya's main attractions. Nonetheless, the hotel compensated this by offering a shuttle bus service to the city center.

The views from the balcony were simply breathtaking! We could see the sea, mountains, and historic sites , a truly amazing sight! the peaceful location close to local gardens was great, with buses 101 and 202 stopping nearby. Plus, the shuttle bus made it easy to reach the beach in no time. the hotel's best aspect was the high, quality service at the restaurant: Ali was very professional and friendly, always ready to help. the food, including fish, turkey, cheese, veggies.
Sadly, the beach service wasn't so good, and that was the worst aspect. the guys in the beach bar seemed unfriendly, as they once gave us beer in plastic cups, saying they charged extra for glasses, yet other guests got them for free.

The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the sea, mountains, and fortress. the location was ideal, with peaceful surroundings near local gardens and close to the sea, with a shuttle service and bus stop available.
The beach service was the worst part of my stay. The staff in the beach bar were unfriendly and tried to take advantage of guests in several ways.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 5-star hotel and were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. the room was spacious with elegant decor, and the private facilities, including a balcony and Jacuzzi, just added to the luxury. the Aqua park on the premises was a great way to entertain ourselves and loved ones during the day, and the service provided was impeccable.
The only issue we had was with the location. Although it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was quite a distance from the beach, which made it inconvenient to access.
